Jill Georgiou FIRP

Director

Jill joined a local agency as Temps Manager in 1989 and quickly established a highly successful partnership with local companies seeking reliable and skilled temporary staff. Jill’s background before embarking on a career within the recruitment sector included working as a PA at Senior level, Front of House Manager at a high profile establishment and Restaurant Owner/Manager. Clients and candidates alike appreciate her personal approach and value the quality of service that dealing with the same person for many years provides.

Being married to Peter, a Greek Cypriot, means family is central to Jill’s life and they spent a number of years in beautiful Cyprus when the children were young. Nowadays, Jill’s love of good food and wine, one of many shared interests with Rebecca, means she can often be found socialising at the Red Lion in Horsell necessitating a few extra sessions at the gym!

Rebecca Bannerman FIRP CertRP

Director

Rebecca started her recruitment career in 1998, initially as a Permanents Consultant (winning Consultant of the Year for 2 consecutive years) before becoming Branch Manager of the flag ship location of one of the largest independent agencies. Rebecca then went on to run a highly successful newly acquired agency within the commercial office sector. In 2007 Rebecca formed Amber Employment Services with her business partner Jill, concentrating her efforts on taking recruitment back to basics as a consultancy and client service as opposed to a sales led function.

Outside of work, Rebecca’s time is taken up by her family; husband Andrew and teenage daughter Robyn. She is well known for her love of good food and red wine (Hardy's Crest Cabernet Shiraz Merlot in particular!) and is long overdue a session waterskiing at the local lake.

Danielle Cunnett FIRP CertRP

Consultant

Danielle joined Amber shortly after we set up in 2007, having enjoyed a successful career within the recruitment industry for both commercial and specialist sectors. During her 15 years within the recruitment industry, Danielle has gained an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates and is well known for her professionalism and first class service skills; taking pride in ensuring she has a solid understanding of client requirements and an insight into all sides of the recruitment process. 

Outside of work Danielle spends most of her time entertaining and running around after her two young boys. She spends her weekends gardening and DIY as well as days out with family and friends.

Louise Mann AIRP

Consultant

Louise is predominantly responsible for running the busy temps desk at Amber and account managing one of our key clients to include permanent and fixed term contract recruitment.  Since joining Amber in 2013, Louise has been a pivotal member of the team and is enthusiastic about keeping on top of latest employment law and legislation, and following social media trends to ensure we keep abreast of the job market place and are able to provide sound advice and guidance to clients and job seekers.  Her professional and conscientious approach to recruitment complements the team in providing a first class service.

Outside work, Louise spends most her spare time driving her two daughters around or tidying up after them. She loves them really; especially at 8 o’clock when they are in bed and the Sauvignon Blanc has been opened!
Every year from March to December, Louise can be found following Formula 1 (sometimes literally) to compliment her love of speed.

Nicola Pettet MIRP

Consultant

Nicola started her career in recruitment back in 2006 and has enjoyed over 8 years supplying staff to both corporate and SME clients across the Surrey and West London regions. Nicola thrives on building strong relationships and this coupled with an open and honest work ethos has led to a portfolio of clients and candidates with whom she has built trusting & long-term partnerships with.

Outside of work Nicola volunteers her time to a local animal rehoming centre and relaxes in the evening with a cheeky glass of wine and sharing something to eat with good company.

Bethany Browne

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Bethany has a key part to play within the Amber office – providing much needed support to the Directors and the busy team of Consultants.  With a strong Customer Service she is well placed as our initial point of contact for general enquiries, and ensures we follow our company procedures and policies whilst undertaking regular audits.  As well as being our appointed social media and marketing guru, Bethany is pivotal in helping us to keep on top of changes and updates within the recruitment market.

Thursdays will see Bethany flying along in her classic Mini after work to lead the local Brownies and Guides in Pyrford!  Going against the usual grain at Amber, Bethany will shun the wine in favour of a Mojito and enjoys dining out with friends at the weekend.

Dawn Duggan AIRP

Consultant - Currently on Maternity Leave

Dawn brings with her a wealth of HR and recruitment experience, spanning over 10 years, having previously worked as an HR Manager for one of our local clients and as a Consultant for a specialist international agency. She prides herself on her ability to understand both candidate and client requirements and uses her interviewing techniques to good effect when registering candidates for jobs. She manages vacancies in a consultative manner which our clients and candidates value.

When not recruiting, Dawn spends her time running around after her very active little one, Leon, who is a ‘typical’ boy and runs everywhere! In the evenings she enjoys nothing more than putting her feet up with a good glass of wine and having some well-deserved relaxation time. At the weekends, Dawn enjoys family days out with her husband and son, long walks and catching up with close friends and family.
